What method of payment do you accept online?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments processed through Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

Murphy Jewelers makes very effort to only display items that are currently in stock. However, there may be an instance when we run out of stock of an item. In this instance, you will receive an email notifying you of your item and/or order cancellation. Your method of payment is only changed for each item shipped. If an item if not able to ship to you due to becoming out of stock, the cost of that item will drop from your pending credit card charges. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Why can’t I purchase some products online?

There’s a few reasons - some designers do not allow us to sell their merchandise online, and others that do allow us, we’re continuously adding more product every day! If there’s something you didn’t see online, email us and we’ll do our best to help you.

Can I use a gift card online?

Unfortunately, as of right now, gift cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases. We can only redeem gift cards in stores. We apologize for any inconvenience.
