WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Your credit card will be authorized at the time of purchase, but you won’t officially be charged until the item has shipped & we provide you with a tracking number.
IS MY ITEM GUARANTEED TO BE AVAILABLE?
Since we share our inventory between our retail stores & our e-commerce website, there is a slight chance that an item may become unavailable after your check out. We will do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen by keeping our inventory list current, but in the event it does occur, your credit card will not be charged and we’ll reach out to you immediately!

THE RING THAT I WANT TO PURCHASE ONLINE ISN’T IN MY RING SIZE. CAN I ORDER IT IN A SIZE?
Yes, definitely! Since most of our rings (especially engagement rings) are made to order for your finger, we want to make sure we get the size right. Contact Us and we’ll help you figure out a size.
HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Your order will ship via UPS. As a special promotion for the launch of our new website, every order includes FREE ground shipping (continental United States only).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship as soon as possible, which in most cases is within 1-2 days of when you place your order. If you need something in a rush, it’s best to contact our concierge before placing the order & we’ll confirm the earliest that we can get it to you!
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER?
We are working on an easy-to-use return/exchange form, but until then, you can contact us with the items you want to return/exchange along with the reason. We’ll handle everything for you via email!
WHY ISN’T ALL OF OUR IN-STORE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE ONLINE?
There’s a few reasons - some designers do not allow us to sell their merchandise online, and others that do allow us, we’re continuously adding more product every day! If there’s something you didn’t see online, email us at help@murphyjewelers.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return jewelry within 30 days as long as it’s still in new and unaltered condition. You can return watches in new & unaltered condition with 15 days. Make sure the item is returned in the original packaging. Jewelry and/or watches that have been worn cannot be returned. Please provide the original sales receipt with your return. Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund once we receive the items. You may also return your merchandise at any of our locations.
